This programme has been set up for young creatives, artists and theatre makers past and present creative, performing and production students, those seeking support in entering our sector and all  who are currently under represented in the creative and cultural industries.

 

We are also very keen to open discussions with higher education, heritage, cultural and arts establishments about how we can  continue to work together to resolve some of the challenges faced with our under represented cohorts. To introduce all aspects of the creative and cultural industries that is accessible for all, as employees and visitors. To design strategies and projects that  maintain that close mentorship with the young creatives as they progress into our vibrant and inspiring industry becoming role models themselves.
