ABOUT US
KNOW YOUR WORTH is currently a non-funded volunteer run creative and cultural industry support and mentorship programme for under represented creatives. This programme has been developed to run alongside vocational creative courses, current employment or unemployment providing a platform for learning new skills required for further study or employment in the creative and cultural sectors

WHO ARE WE?
Know Your Worth's creative director is art educator and former production art lecturer Ian Shillito. It was initially formed in 2021 at an inner city FE college with drama colleague Sam Punnett as a much needed post college enrichment programme for their students.
Since their departure from education, the company continues, and is developing a successful visual arts strand and also opportunities to a range of ages and life experiences.
We are practitioners and educators within the creative arts with a wealth of experience supporting and facilitating opportunites for under represented young people. We ourselves often shared the same lived experiences as our participants. Many of these often face challenges that can stop them from progressing into higher education and the industry. Through our company, we aim to develop opportunities, and support to help bridge that gap.
